I really like this product, and this is my 4th time buying this product and although I would never stop buying this product unless I had to, I also share sentiments with prior reviewers that the shipping of product could be better. The top fell off of the package, as well as the seal under it (revealed after opening it). For a package that doesn't accept returns or refunds, I had to contact customer service to get refund. I hope this was a 1/1000 incident.

This pre workout works within 15-20 minutes and last over an hour. You will have no problem getting through your workouts. I take it with warm water, it seams work a little faster. It taste better than other pre workout I’ve taken in the pass. If it’s your first time taking a pre workout, maybe start with half a scoop the first few times, also read the instructions and follow them.
